XRHealth Mobile App
Introduction
XRHealth mobile app enables our patients to enroll for an online evaluation with a therapist, monitor their game results,chat with their therapist, etc.
My Responsibilities
Research
In my research, I focused on the product enrollment flow, which was carried out in most cases via mobile.
We tested 5 users, Americans, aged 45-70, suffering from chronic pain, and having health insurance with one of the companies we are in-network with. 3 participants were tested on a mobile phone, and 2 participants were tested on a desktop.

UX Design
In the research we discovered a significant drop at two points in the process - the insurance details page and the credit card details page. We decided to test new ideas:
A/B Testing
In the A/B Testing process, we decided on 2 types of funnels: in one we examined new changes according to the research results, and in the other, we left it as it was at the beginning.
We defined events for each page of the enrollment, decided on a 3-week test for each change, conducted fine-tuning changes afterward, and so on.

During the onboarding process, the user learns to synchronize the headset with our application and is updated on what awaits him later. What guided us in designing the onboarding is creating a simple, intuitive, and short process as possible.
